Privacy Policy

EvoHire Private Limited collects the details you choose to send through the hiring, resume, training and contact forms: name, phone, email, organisation, role information and, if you upload one, a resume. That information is used to respond to the enquiry, consider a candidacy, or discuss a course.

On HirVault, candidate profiles are visible to signed-in recruiters according to the inventory on their account. A candidate applying through HirVault Connect does not receive the recruiter’s email address. Demonstration accounts and demonstration profiles are labelled and are not production client data.

Commercial enquiries may be passed to the Salesforce workflow used for leads and opportunities. Employee records, if an HRMS is used, stay in that separate system. This website does not sell personal information.
