What HirVault keeps separate

Candidate data, sales records and employee records are three different responsibilities.

HirVault is EvoHire’s talent platform. It keeps candidate profiles, jobs, applications, subscriptions and product inventory. Salesforce is the system for leads, opportunities and the commercial relationship. HRMS, when it is used, keeps employee records on its own.

A recruiter reaches candidates through HirVault. They do not get a direct line into the database, and a candidate applying through HirVault Connect does not have to see the recruiter’s email address.

Telvrium may design and operate the technology. The product and the business remain with EvoHire.
